Vaibhav Sooryavanshi Creates History with Two More IPL Records

Vaibhav Sooryavanshi etched his name in the record books yet again, breaking two more Indian Premier League records during Rajasthan Royals’ IPL 2026 clash against Lucknow Super Giants at the Bharat Ratna Shri Atal Bihari Vajpayee Ekana Cricket Stadium on Wednesday.

The young sensation became the youngest player to reach 500 IPL runs and also the fastest to the milestone in terms of balls faced.

At just 15 years and 26 days old, Vaibhav Sooryavanshi achieved the feat with a well-timed leg glance, showcasing his composure at the crease.

He brought up his 500 runs in only 227 deliveries—surpassing the previous record held by Glenn Maxwell by 33 balls.
