Shubman Gill is a premier Indian opening batter and captain of the Gujarat Titans (GT) in the IPL. Since his 2018 debut, he has established himself as a prolific run-scorer, winning the 2023 Orange Cap with 890 runs, and holding records for fastest to 2000 IPL runs. He was appointed captain of GT in 2024 and was retained for INR 16.5 crore for the 2026 season.
